Mount St. Benedict is the home of the Benedictine monks who live and work in Trinidad and Tobago. Mount St. Benedict is open to the public and is a popular destination for locals who are seeking to enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and lovely views. Mount St. Benedict is one of my favorite places to visit to get some fresh air and peace of mind. It is a place to get away from the city and the everyday stress, a place where you can rest and clear your mind.
