Argyle Waterfall

"In every walk in nature one receives far more than he seeks."
-John Muir

If you're in Tobago, I definitely recommend visiting Argyle Waterfall. Argyle Waterfall is the tallest waterfall in Tobago towering at 175 feet and consists of three dramatic levels. In order to reach the waterfall, an entrance fee of $TT60.00 is paid at the office at the entrance before embarking on a 20 minute walk along a clearly marked path surrounded by a lush green ecosystem. The walk is relatively easy and serene and if you're not into exercising too much there is a large pool at the base of the waterfall where you can bathe and relax. For the adventure- seekers, this is where the real fun begins, there is bushy path on the right hand side of the waterfall leading to the second level of the waterfall. The path is very steep in places and ropes are available to hold onto in certain areas. There are enticing pools on the second level that are great for bathing but if you're still up for it, there is a third level that can be hiked to. The third level offers a smaller but deeper pool which is ideal for swimming and where thrill seekers can safely dive into.

Argyle Waterfall is located on the Northeast side of Tobago, just outside of Roxborough, on the Scarborough road.

Highly recommend it to any nature lover, although let ur friends know that you are going mines weren't too pleased as they thought I died when they didn't see me for a while.
